ATCL Consulting provides independent commercial and project advisory support across the construction sector.

We work with builders, subcontractors and developers who want stronger commercial visibility, clearer project coordination and practical support in managing delivery risk as projects and businesses grow.

ATCL combines hands-on construction experience with commercial insight to provide advice that is both strategic and practical. The focus is on improving coordination, reducing avoidable commercial exposure and supporting confident decision-making - without the need to bring on a full-time internal commercial resource.

Engagements range from targeted advisory input on specific projects or issues through to ongoing commercial support or project stabilisation involvement, depending on business and project needs.

About Adam

My background is in commercial construction delivery across Tier 1 and large-scale projects, including major infrastructure and government works with total project values up to $1 billion.

I have worked across tendering, contract negotiation, project coordination and commercial administration on complex construction environments where risk allocation, sequencing and stakeholder alignment are critical to successful delivery. This exposure to structured project environments, large consultant teams and high compliance standards has shaped a practical and commercially grounded approach to construction advisory work.

Much of my experience has involved supporting contractors as projects increase in scale and complexity - helping improve commercial visibility, strengthen coordination and reduce avoidable delivery risk as expectations grow.

ATCL was established to provide that experience independently, giving construction businesses access to senior-level commercial and project input without the need to engage a full-time internal resource.

I work in a straightforward and practical way. Construction projects rarely run perfectly, and the focus is typically on improving clarity, reducing friction and helping teams make confident commercial decisions as projects progress.
